Grilled Corn served two ways – Super fresh and delicious – perfect as a side dish or a quick lunch.
Ingredients
4-6 Ears of fresh corn, husk on
Option 1 – Paprika compound butter:
200 Grams margarine or other dairy-free spread
1 TBS smoked paprika
1 Tsp chilli powder
½ Tsp salt flakes
½ Tsp crushed black pepper
Option 2 – Chilli/Lime sauce:
1-2 ripe limes
2 TBS sweet chilli sauce
2 TBS melted dairy free spread or neutral oil
Salt/pepper to taste
