Ingredients
6 ears corn, unhusked
¼ cup Vegan mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
Red Chili powder, to taste
¼ cup Vegan Parmesan cheese
Chopped Cilantro, for garnish
vegan feta cheese, optional
Lime Crema:
1/4 cup vegan Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 tsp finely minced garlic
1 tablespoon water (optional)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
lime wedges, for garnish
