Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons organic brown sugar or coconut sugar
2 eggs
4 tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
2 apples, peeled and grated (approx. 1 cup)
