Healthy Southwest Pizza (can be made vegan!)
Ingredients
3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for shaping dough
2 teaspoons fine sea salt
¼ teaspoon active dry yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
Toppings:
½ cup corn, cut from the cob or frozen
⅓ cup cooked black beans, rinsed
¼ cup diced red pepper
Thinly sliced red onion and chopped cilantro, to taste
2 tablespoons sour cream (*see note in post)
1 tablespoon water
Sweet and Spicy Pizza Sauce:
½ cup crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon honey
½ – 1 teaspoon sriracha
½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
