Ingredients
Hibiscus and Rosemary Tea:
8 cups (2 l) water
1/2 cup (20 g) dried hibiscus flowers
2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
Passion Fruit and Lime Syrup:
1/2 cup (120 ml) passion fruit flesh with seeds (about 6 fruits)
1 cup (200 g) raw cane sugar
1 cup (250 ml) water
1/8 cup (30 ml) lime juice
