Holiday Season Leftovers Baked Oatmeal

A tasty oatmeal that uses some of those holiday leftovers (for when you are sick of turning leftovers into sandwiches)
Ingredients
1 inch of a rosemary sprig
2 fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
½ tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/3 of a medium zucchini, grated
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons almond milk
¼ cup vegetable broth
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup stuffing
1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts
1 – 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce
