Homemade Tofu Bacon

Serves: 15 slices

Homemade tofu bacon is a very easy recipe to make and grill and it’s great in sandwiches, salads, stews, or as a side dish.

Ingredients

14 ounce block firm organic tofu
1/4 cup tamari, or low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil, for brushing on before grilling
