Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface
3 tablespoons Tate+Lyle® Honey Granules (or sugar), plus more for sprinkling
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
⅓ cup heavy cream, plus more for brushing
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
