Honey-Nut and Apple Granola

Serves: 4 cups (approximately)
This granola is oil-free, dairy-free and low in sugar. Since I think dried apple tastes like an eraser, I added a grated/shredded apple to this instead – and re-discovered my love of granola!
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup slivered/sliced almonds
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup chopped peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 apple (preferably a red, sweet one)
2 tablespoons honey, or more
1/8 cup raisins (optional)
1/8 cup chopped dried cranberries (optional)
