A traditional Easter treat
Ingredients
200 ml milk of your choice
3 tsp active dried yeast
55 g butter
200 g light spelt flour
250 g semi-wholemeal bread flour + 2 tbsp
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground all spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground nutmeg
50 g unrefined sugar
1 large egg, beaten
50 g raisins
40 g dried cranberries
Zest of 1 orange, finely grated
Zest of 1 lemon, finely grated
3 tsbp apricot jam
