Smooth and creamy jasmine pudding – tastes just like jasmine milk tea! Topped with honeyed buckwheat crispies.

Ingredients

Jasmine Pudding
2½ cups whole milk
3 tablespoons loose-leaf jasmine pearls (or tea from jasmine tea bags)
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, plus more for serving
2½ tablespoons corn starch
½ cup cane sugar
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Optional: ¼ cup powdered sugar, for whipped cream topping
Honeyed Buckwheat
¾ cup buckwheat
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2½ tablespoons honey
Pinch kosher salt
Pinch baking soda
