Ingredients
3/4 cup (102 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (85 g) white rice flour
1/3 cup (67 g) raw cane sugar
2 tsp lavender chai tea leaves
1 stick (8 Tbsp, 113 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
For the icing (optional)
1/2 cup (60 g) icing sugar (confectioner’s sugar), sifted
1 to 2 Tbsp milk
