Easy to make leek frittata baked in a cast iron skillet. Naturally gluten free and light, yet filling.
Ingredients
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 1/2 stalks of leek
– 4 eggs
– 1/4 cup of milk (I used goats milk)
– 1/4 cup crumbled goats cheese
