Ingredients
600 g waxy potatoes (1 1/4 pounds)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 fat garlic clove minced
1/2 – 3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper
2 spring onions finely sliced on an angle
1/4 cup dill roughly torn or chopped
