The lemon and garlic flavors are light and refreshing. This will become a go to hummus recipe. It is nut, dairy and gluten free!
Ingredients
3 cups water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1.5 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 pinch of kosher salt
1 Palouse Brand Bare Hummus Kit
From the Hummus Kit You Will Need:
3/4 cup Dried Garbanzo Beans
1 3/4 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
1 1/2 tsp. Seasoning
