Ingredients
1 Frozen Banana OR Pear
1 Large handful of kale or spinach leaves
2 Tbsp Hemp seeds
1 tsp Matcha (Green tea) powder
1-2″ Fresh ginger
3/4 C Coconut water
1-1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Coconut nectar OR liquid sweetener of choice
