Loaded Vegan Nacho Plate
Is there anything quite as satisfying and delicious as an awesome nacho plate? I don’t think so! Try our tips for making the perfect, veggie-loaded, 100% vegan nacho plate. Yum!
Approx. 6 cups or ½ 425g bag of tortilla chips (we recommend Que Pasa brand)
½ cup finely chopped vine-ripened tomato (seeds removed)
½ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup black beans
2 tbsp finely minced jalapeño (seeds removed) (optional)
½ cup vegan mozzarella shreds (we recommend Daiya)
½ cup vegan cheddar shreds (again, Daiya)
To Serve:
½-1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
⅓ cup chopped tomato (seeds removed)
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
½ cup guacamole
½ cup roasted garlic hummus
½ cup salsa
