Fruity, creamy, healthy – the Manghurt, a vegan mango lassi!
Ingredients
1 medium sized mango or 1 cup mango puree
1 cup cashews, soaked for at least a couple of hours or overnight
1 tablespoon chia seeds (or flaxseeds)
1-2 teaspoons turmeric (to taste)
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1 pinch of black pepper
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
3 tablespoons of water + more to taste
1 tablespoon lucuma (optional)
