Mango is the star in this smoothie accompanied with other healthy goodies like flaxseed, almonds, oats, and some mild tasting but super healthy romaine lettuce that sneakily hides from all the other flavors.
3/4 cup of romaine lettuce (I used a bit more)
2 tsps rolled oats
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 small bunch of almonds
vanilla rice milk as needed
