This is my second post on “Mangoes” and can already hear your Gossip about me 😛 “Chatori Ladki is obsessed with mangoes”. How can I NOT? Its summer in #India and #Mangoes are grown/sold are like #wildfire here!! I have a room almost full of mangoes and house full with Mango aroma !!! I have a confession to make, I have a pet peeve for “SUGAR”. I have no Diabetes or Blood Pressure but I have developed a notion which is “NO SUGAR”, will try to implement where ever possible and replace it with natural sugar/Jaggery.

Ingredients

Freshly Cut Sweet Alphonso Mango Chunks, 2 cups
Freshly cut Papaya Chunks, 1/2 cup
Yogurt, 1/4 cup
Watermelon, 1/2 cup scooped
Sliced Kiwi, 1/2 cup
Grated Desiccated Coconut, 1 tsp
Pumpkin Seeds, 1 tsp
