Ingredients

500 g firm tofu
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
150 ml warm water
5 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon tabasco
1 full teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 teaspoon dried garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
200 g breadcrumbs
