These easy-to-cook paleo zoodles are packed with fibre and make a fantastic alternative to traditional pasta or noodles. All you need is courgette, garlic and ginger puree, coconut oil, and lots of spices!

3 Limes (rind and juice)
1Tbsp Coconut Oil
50ml Coconut Milk
2Tsp Garlic Puree
1Tsp Ginger Puree
1Tsp Parsley
1Tsp Mixed Spice
