This Mexican Rice Pudding (Arroz Con Leche) is creamy, sweet and easy to make. Sprinkled with cinnamon and raisins!
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
2 inches (5cm) lime zest
1 cup rice
1 quart (1 liter) milk
¾ cup (150g) sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
4 egg yolks
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup (40g) raisins
ground cinnamon, for garnish
