2 tablespoons coconut flour

¼ teaspoon salt
zest of 1 meyer lemon
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
½ cup milk
½ cup cooked quinoa
