Ingredients
Ramen Noodles:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon salt
Ramen Noodle Broth:
4 cups vegetable broth
2 tablespoons white miso
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Ramen Noodle Toppings:
4 cremini or shiitake mushrooms
Bamboo shoots (canned or fresh)
2 eggs
2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of bean sprouts
