These funny and moldy Halloween Cakes are vegan and easy to make.
Ingredients
100 g spelt flour ( whole-grain)
50 g soy flour
80 g wheat flour (whole-grain)
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
10 tbsp apple sauce
5 tbsp coconut oil
200 ml soy milk
6 tbsp agave syrup
food colouring of your choice
