Moroccan Sweet Potato Hummus

Hummus gets a deliciously spicy update with the addition of roasted sweet potato, charred red capsicum (peppers), chilli and spices.
Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato (roughly 150 to 180g or 6oz)
1 small red capsicum (bell pepper) or ½ cup store-bought chargrilled capsicum (bell pepper)
1 red chili
2 cups cooked chickpeas (1 tin of chickpeas, drained)
1½ tbs tahini
2 fat cloves of garlic
juice and zest of 1 large lemon
1½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp smoked paprika
salt, to taste
