1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour (or more whole wheat flour)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 large eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
3 cups low fat buttermilk
