3 cups vegetable broth
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 apple, diced
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup chopped almonds
2 tablespoons hemp oil
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
sea salt & pepper, to taste
