Ingredients
For short-crust pastry:
All-purpose flour – 220 gms (1 & ⅔ cup)
Unsalted butter – 140 gms (10 tbsp), chilled and cut into small cubes
Granulated white sugar – 1 tbsp

For the filling:

Fresh cream – 1 cup
Milk – ¾ cup
Grated smoked cheddar cheese – ¾ cup
