Ingredients

1 cup pecans
1 cup dates (Medjool or regular), chopped
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup shredded coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
OPTIONAL: raisins
