1 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp salt
200 gm butter
1 tbsp olive oil
For filling/stuffing:
50 gm boiled & grated potato
50 gm grated paneer
50 gm finely chopped onion
2 green chili finely chopped
1 tsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp dhania (coriander) powder
½ tsp amchoor (dry mango powder)
