Ingredients
Oats – 1 bowl
Onion – 2 medium sized (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 or 2 medium (peeled and grated)
Green chilly – 1 chopped
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Coriander – 2 to 3 tbs chopped
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
