Typical Italian lasagna with artichokes and white sauce.

Ingredients

For the first dough:
300 g strong flour
1 cube fresh active yeast
170 g lukewarm water
1 teaspoon brown sugar

For the second dough:
200 g strong flour
80 g seed oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 4 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons salt
50 g lukewarm water

For the filling:
100 g pitted green olives
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon capers
marjoram
thyme
1/2 lemon zest

For the sauce on the side:
1 peeled roasted red bell pepper
1 peeled roasted yellow bell pepper
1 clove of garlic
oil
salt and black pepper
