Tamarind
Jaggery – 1 tbsp
Salt – as needed
To Roast and Grind:
Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
Red chillies – 8 to 10
Big onion – 1 (medium – chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Shredded coconut – ½ cup
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup (chopped)
Salt – 1 tsp
To Season :
Gingelly oil – 3 tbsp
Mustard – ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp
Jeera seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 1 spring
