Palak Puri is made with a nice combination of spinach and wheat flour. Perfect to serve either for breakfast or evening snacks. Palak puri is made by mixing wheat flour with pureed spinach and other spices, best to enjoy with coconut chutney, veg curry or potato sabzi.
Ingredients
Spinach – 2 bunches (blanched, made into puree)
Wheat floor – 2 cup
Chili paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp crushed
Yogurt – 3 tbs
Salt
Oil for deep frying
