Classic Kiwi Pavlova with summer berries and whipped coconut cream.
Ingredients
For the Pavlova:
4 Egg whites — room temperature
2 Cups Castor/Super fine sugar
4 Tablespoon boiling water
1 teaspoon vinegar
Pinch of salt
Vanilla
To finish:
1 Can full fat coconut cream — chilled in the fridge for several hours before use.
1 Tablespoon icing sugar
Vanilla
Fruit of your choice
