Ingredients
Peanut Butter “Yogurt” Mousse:
½ cup blanched, unsalted peanuts
½ cup boiling water
2 tbsp pure maple syrup or agave
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
Raspberry Jam:
Heaping 1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, mashed with a fork
