Ingredients
10 ounces green peas, fresh or frozen and defrosted
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
6 basil leaves
1/2 cup olive oil
12 ounces orzo pasta (I used whole wheat)
12 ounces portabella mushrooms, sliced and marinated*
