Peach and jasmine pie

Easy peach pie with a vegan jasmine tea flavoured custard. A match made in heaven!
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pasty (choose vegan if needed)
2 to 3 peaches
2 cups unflavoured soy milk (or almond, oat, rice or spelt for a soy-free version)
2 tsp jasmine green tea
4 tbsp light cane sugar
4 tbsp flour
1 tbsp + 1 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp+ 1 tsp cashew butter
1 tbsp + 1 tsp water
