This peach and oat smoothie is a summer must! It’s full of fresh peaches, oats, honey, and almond milk. Dairy-free!
Ingredients
2 peaches – peel on (sliced and frozen-optional)
1/3 cup old fashioned oats – raw (uncooked)
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup almond milk (I used vanilla almond milk)
Handful of ice (if you don’t freeze your peaches)
