I love the combination of peach, ricotta, honey and cinnamon. So I had to turn it into overnight oatmeal. I also used gluten-free oats because I recently found out that I can’t have gluten.
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1/3 cup yogurt
½ cup milk of choice
1 peach
Extra ricotta, to serve
Extra honey, to serve
Chopped walnuts, to serve
