This is the perfect “secretly” healthy dessert. It is insanely delicious, made without refined sugar, and has a whole grain crust.
Ingredients
1 uncooked pie crust (link to my pie crust above)
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut sugar
3 eggs, whipped
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted (or butter)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup pecans, chopped
