Plum Relish

Serves: 250 ml

A very healthy and delicious tangy plum chutney.

Ingredients

7 Plum/aloo bukhara
1 Raw Mango / Kachcha Aam 100 gms
1.5 tbsp Ginger / Adrak grated
1/2 cup Sugar / Chini
1.5 tsp Chili flakes /Kuti hui laal mirch
To taste Salt / Namak
Tempering/tadka
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Cumin/jeera
2 Cloves / Lavang
2 tbsp Raisins / Kishmish
