Fall for this healthy harvest treat. Homemade pumpkin granola bars filled with nuts, seeds, and sweetened with maple syrup

Ingredients

1 cup pecans, roasted
1 ½ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup maple syrup
2 cups rolled oats
¾ cup dried cranberries
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cups pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
1 large pinch ground cloves
¼ tsp salt
