This is one of my new absolute favorite salads: quinoa, lentils and feta cheese. This is the perfect salad for this kind of “we don’t really know” weather, that you have either warm or cold.
Ingredients
1 glass of green lentils
1 glass of quinoa
70g of feta cheese
For the dressing:
1 soup spoon of traditional mustard (it features mustard grains)
2 soup spoon of olive oil
1 1/2 soup spoon of balsamic vinegar
