Ingredients
1 cup dry quinoa
1.5 cups water
2-4 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
⅛ tsp garlic powder
1 cup of fresh or frozen veggies such as peas, carrots, and onion [add extra!]
1-2 large eggs, optional
oil or butter for sauteing
salt and pepper, to taste
