1 cup cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, then sliced
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup kalamata olive
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
1/2 cup homemade vinaigrette dressing
