Rainbow Vegetable Slaw is a deliciously crunchy, simple and healthy alternative to the classic cole slaw. Vegan and GF friendly.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded kale
½ cup shredded/grated carrot
½ cup red cabbage
¼ cup red onion, sliced into thin pieces
¼- 1/2 cup golden raisins (keep some for garnish as well)
1-2 green onions, sliced
