Raspberry Coconut Rooibos and Gingery Green Tea Smoothie

Get antioxidant benefits of tea in these creamy and delicious smoothies!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ cup coconut milk (light or full fat)
½ cup brewed rooibos tea
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ a small avocado or ¼ of a large
Handful of spinach leaves
¾ cup brewed green tea
½ cup organic plain yogurt
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
Juice from 1 lemon
